About Expo Direct

Expo Direct is the sales division of Expo Hire UK Limited, the UK event equipment hire company. Where Expo Hire rents, Expo Direct sells. Same products, same warehouse, same team.

Who We Are

Expo Hire UK has been supplying event equipment since 2014, growing from one warehouse to a national operation covering 11 depot locations. In 2021 we launched Expo Direct to give trade buyers, venues and hire operators the option to purchase stock outright rather than hire it.

Everything we sell is from our own EventPro® range — designed in-house, tested in our own hire fleet, and built for commercial use. Every product is specified to withstand repeated heavy use across hundreds of events a year.

What We Sell

45 products across four categories:

Chairs

Folding chairs (packs of 10), Eames-style seating (7 colours), Tolix steel chairs (5 colours), Chiavari and Wishbone banqueting chairs, padded conference chairs.

Tables

Rectangular banqueting tables (4ft and 6ft), round tables (3ft, 5ft, 6ft), oval tables, full steel tables and poseur tables. All fold flat.

Outdoor

Commercial aluminium gazebos (3×3m and 3×6m), patio heaters (pyramid and mushroom, 13kW), beer bench sets, outdoor steel tables and Tolix chairs.

EventPro® Series

The full own-brand range in one place. 40 products. Consistent sizing and finishes throughout.

All prices are displayed ex-VAT. Volume discounts apply from 10 units on most products.

Collection & Delivery

Stock is held at our Birmingham warehouse at 30 Chester Street, Aston, B6 4BE. Collection is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Delivery is available via FedEx next day for smaller orders or our own vehicle network for larger jobs. See the Delivery page for full details and pricing.
