Expo Direct is the sales division of Expo Hire UK Limited, offering direct access to durable, commercial-grade event furniture and catering equipment. Where Expo Hire rents, Expo Direct sells – providing you with the same high-quality products, from the same warehouse, managed by the same expert team.

Who We Are

As the sales division of Expo Hire UK Limited, Expo Direct brings over a decade of direct industry experience to every product we sell. Since 2014, Expo Hire UK has grown into a national operation, constantly testing and refining equipment in real-world event environments across 11 depot locations. In 2021, we launched Expo Direct to provide trade buyers, venues, and hire operators with the opportunity to purchase the same trusted stock outright.

Our entire inventory comprises the EventPro® range — equipment meticulously designed in-house, rigorously tested in our own expansive hire fleet, and purpose-built for commercial use. This means every chair, table, and outdoor product we offer is specified to withstand the repeated heavy use of hundreds of events a year, ensuring exceptional longevity and reliability.

What We Sell

We specialise in a focused range of highly durable event equipment, covering key categories essential for any venue or event operator:

Chairs

Folding chairs (packs of 10), Eames-style seating (7 colours), Tolix steel chairs (5 colours), Chiavari and Wishbone banqueting chairs, padded conference chairs.

Tables

Rectangular banqueting tables (4ft and 6ft), round tables (3ft, 5ft, 6ft), oval tables, full steel tables and poseur tables. All fold flat.

Outdoor Equipment

Commercial aluminium gazebos (3×3m and 3×6m), patio heaters (pyramid and mushroom, 13kW), beer bench sets, outdoor steel tables and Tolix chairs.

Collection & Delivery

Stock is held at our Birmingham warehouse at 30 Chester Street, Aston, B6 4BE. Collection is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Delivery is available via FedEx next day for smaller orders or our own vehicle network for larger jobs. See the Delivery page for full details and pricing.
