Next Day Delivery

For most smaller and urgent orders, we use FedEx next day delivery.

  • Use for fast turnaround orders
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order ships
  • Track your FedEx shipment at fedex.com/en-gb/tracking
  • Order before 12 midday for next business day delivery
  • Orders placed after midday or on bank holidays will be dispatched the following business day

Internal Delivery Network

For larger, bulk or less urgent orders, you can choose delivery through our internal logistics network.

  • Suitable for larger consignments and commercial orders
  • Good option where speed is less critical
  • Quoted separately based on order size and location
  • Planned around efficient routed deliveries
  • Typically delivered within 3–5 working days
  • You will be notified in advance with a delivery date
  • Live tracking via text message on the day

How Delivery Works

Add your products to basket and proceed to checkout.

If your order is suitable for FedEx, you will receive an automatic delivery quote during checkout.

For larger or less urgent orders, you can choose our internal delivery network and we will quote accordingly.

Alternatively, collect from our Birmingham warehouse once your order is confirmed and ready.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery pricing depends on the shipment type, delivery postcode, order size and any special access requirements.

  • Smaller urgent orders are usually best sent by FedEx
  • Larger and less urgent orders may be better suited to our own delivery network
  • If your site has access restrictions, let us know before dispatch
  • Examples include timed access, stairs, long carry distances, restricted loading or narrow corridors
  • Delivery is available to mainland GB only — we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands
  • All deliveries are kerbside only unless a special delivery has been requested and paid for in advance
  • Failed deliveries or missed access arrangements may result in additional charges

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Weekends: By appointment only

Please call us before arriving so we can confirm your order is ready and arrange warehouse access.

Checking Goods on Arrival

Please inspect goods as soon as they arrive. If there is visible transit damage, missing items or any discrepancy with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.

  • Check all items as soon as they are delivered or collected
  • Photograph any visible damage
  • Report shortages or discrepancies without delay
  • Do not leave issues until installation or use

Packaging & Assembly

Most items arrive prebuilt and ready to use straight from the box. Where any assembly is needed, it is limited to attaching bases to seats — no specialist tools or skills required.

Large, Bulk and Venue Orders

For pallet deliveries, larger multi-item shipments and venue-directed commercial orders, we recommend planning ahead. This gives us the best chance of selecting the right delivery route, packing method and fulfilment schedule for your project.
