Delivery Service

We understand that collecting equipment may not always be convenient for your business. While collection is our standard option, we can work with you to arrange delivery to your location.

How Delivery Works
  1. Complete Your Purchase: Place your order online and select "Collection" as the delivery method
  2. Contact Us: After your order is confirmed, contact us to discuss delivery options
  3. Bespoke Quote: We'll provide you with a delivery quote based on your location and order size
  4. Arrange Delivery: Once agreed, we'll arrange delivery at a time that suits you
Delivery charges are calculated based on:
  • Distance from our Birmingham warehouse
  • Size and weight of your order
  • Access requirements at your location
  • Any special delivery time requirements

Delivery charges will be invoiced separately after your order and agreed before dispatch.

Order Preparation

We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 2-3 working days of payment confirmation. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss availability.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection, including:

  • Collection reference number
  • Items included in your order
  • Collection instructions
  • Contact details for queries
