Delivery

Expo Direct supplies event furniture and equipment for businesses, venues and trade buyers across the UK. Collection is available from our Birmingham warehouse, and delivery can be arranged where required.

Collection from Birmingham

Collection is the standard fulfilment route. Goods are available from the warehouse at:

Collection hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Weekends: By appointment only

Contact us before arriving to confirm your order is ready and to arrange warehouse access.

Delivery to your site

If collection is not convenient, delivery can be arranged for trade buyers, venues and businesses that need goods sent direct to site, office or warehouse.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location, order size and any access requirements. Charges are invoiced separately after your order and agreed before dispatch.

Site access information

If your site has loading restrictions, timed access, narrow corridors, stairs or long carry distances, let us know before dispatch so delivery can be planned correctly.

Checking goods on arrival

Check all goods as soon as they arrive. If there is visible transit damage, missing items or a discrepancy between your order and goods received, contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed quickly and fairly.

  • Inspect every item before signing off the delivery
  • Note any damage with photographs where possible
  • Report issues without delay — do not wait until installation

Larger and bulk orders

For pallet deliveries, multi-parcel shipments and venue-directed orders, plan ahead and contact us before ordering. We can advise on product quantities, packing and delivery logistics for larger commercial projects.

Can I collect from Birmingham?

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery can be arranged where collection is not convenient. Contact us after placing your order and we will provide a quote.

Do you deliver bulk orders?

Yes. Pallet and larger commercial deliveries are supported. Contact us before ordering for large projects so we can plan correctly.

What should I do if goods arrive damaged?

Photograph the issue and contact us as soon as possible. Do not wait until installation — early reporting lets us resolve problems quickly.
