All EventPro® products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a fault in materials or construction under normal commercial use, we will assess the claim and work toward a fair resolution.

What Is Covered

The 1-year warranty covers faults arising from manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.

  • Faults in materials or construction
  • Structural failures not caused by misuse
  • Defects present from manufacture that affect the product's intended use

EventPro® products are built for repeated handling, storage and day-to-day commercial use. That standard of construction is what the warranty supports.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage or physical impact
  • Misuse or use outside the intended purpose
  • Poor storage or inappropriate stacking
  • Unauthorised modification or repair
  • Normal wear from regular commercial use
  • Visible damage on delivery that was not reported promptly

How to Raise a Warranty Claim

Photograph the fault clearly, showing the affected area and the product as a whole.

Email sales@expodirect.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and your photographs attached.

We aim to respond within one business day with our assessment and a proposed resolution.

Important: Claims must be raised within the 1-year warranty period from the date of purchase. Keep a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase date.

How long does the warranty last?

1 year from the date of purchase, for all EventPro® products.

Does the warranty cover used stock?

No. Used and graded stock is sold as-is. The 1-year warranty applies to new EventPro® products only.

What if my goods arrived damaged?

Transit damage is handled separately. See our returns policy for arrival issues — report within 24 hours.

What resolution can I expect?

We assess each claim on its merits. Resolution may include replacement, repair or a partial refund depending on the nature of the fault.
