EventPro™ products are selected and developed with commercial use in mind. Where a manufacturing fault or genuine product defect is identified, we will review the matter promptly and work toward a fair outcome.

What is covered

Warranty applies to faults arising from manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. If a product fails due to a fault in materials or construction rather than how it has been used, we will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

EventPro™ products are built for repeated handling, storage and day-to-day business use. That standard of construction is what the warranty supports.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage or physical impact
  • Misuse or use outside the intended purpose
  • Poor storage or inappropriate stacking
  • Unauthorised modification or repair
  • Normal wear from regular commercial use
  • Visible issues on delivery that were not reported promptly

How to raise a warranty claim

To raise a claim, send the following to sales@expodirect.co.uk:

  1. Your order reference number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photographs showing the fault

This allows the item and the likely cause to be assessed properly. We will respond as quickly as we can with our assessment and a proposed resolution.
