Furnishing Outdoor Events: Gazebos and Weatherproof Furniture

Outdoor events need furniture and shelter rated for actual weather, not just a gazebo-shaped tent. Here is what to check before you order, with the full range in our Outdoor Events Guide.

Frame or full package?

Our EventPro 3m x 3m gazebo frame (£329.95 ex VAT) is the structure alone, for operators who already own a canopy or want to fit their own branded cover. The 3m x 3m package (£579.95 ex VAT) adds a canopy and 4 leg weights, a complete ready-to-pitch setup. The 3m x 6m sizes step up to £499.95 for the frame and £849.95 for the full package with 6 weights.

Weighting it down properly

A gazebo is only as stable as its weights. Our 15kg steel leg weight bases (£29.95 each) are sold separately from the frame-only option, four per 3m x 3m gazebo, six per 3m x 6m, do not run a gazebo unweighted outdoors even in calm forecast conditions.

Furniture that handles outdoor use

Standard faux leather seating is not designed for sustained damp or direct sun, check our outdoor range for furniture rated for marquee and gazebo use before furnishing an uncovered or part-covered area.

Sizing to your guest count

A 3m x 3m gazebo comfortably shelters 2 to 3 poseur tables or one 6ft round table with chairs. A 3m x 6m roughly doubles that footprint, enough for a small seated dining area or a covered bar run. See our Venue Capacity Guide for working out the full layout.
