Description
EventPro® 3ft Round Banqueting Table (92cm) – Folding Wooden Event Table
A 92cm (3ft) diameter round banqueting table from the EventPro® range. The 18mm plywood top sits on folding wishbone steel legs with a locking mechanism. A black PVC edge strip protects the rim against impact damage during transport and setup. Reinforced timber battens underneath the top distribute weight and prevent surface flex.
This is the smallest round table in the range. It seats 2–4 guests for intimate dining, or functions as a standalone display surface, registration point, cake table, or drinks station at larger events.
Construction
The 18mm plywood top is bonded and sanded flat. The black PVC edge runs the full circumference, absorbing the knocks that tables take during loading, unloading, and positioning. The reinforced timber battens on the underside span the diameter, stiffening the surface under concentrated loads (cake stands, ice buckets, stacked crockery).
The wishbone steel legs fold flat against the underside. The locking mechanism clicks into position when the legs are deployed, holding the frame rigid. Release requires deliberate action, preventing accidental collapse. The folding action needs no tools.
Typical Uses
Wedding planners position the 3ft round as a cake display table, gift table, or signing register stand. Corporate event managers use them as individual networking tables in drinks reception areas. Caterers use them as service stations for coffee urns, water dispensers, or condiment displays. Exhibition organisers use them as demonstration surfaces in small booth spaces.
The compact 92cm diameter fits through standard doorways without tilting and occupies minimal floor space. You can position one in a corridor, foyer, marquee entrance, or tight corner where larger tables would not fit.
Storage
Legs fold flat. The table stores on edge against a wall or stacks flat. The compact size means these take minimal warehouse space. A standard pallet holds a substantial quantity.

Buying in Bulk and Layout Ideas
Small round tables solve many event problems, so buyers often add them in packs of 10, 20, or 30 rather than as one off pieces. Venues use them for cake displays, signing points, welcome drinks, and satellite service stations that support a much larger room. In a 100 person venue, two or three compact rounds can sit near the entrance, dance floor, or bar without blocking guest movement. Buyers also use them in exhibition halls where each stand needs a meeting point but aisle width must stay clear for foot traffic and fire routes.
The 92cm diameter helps planners work in tight spaces. You can position one in a foyer, lift lobby, marquee corner, or backstage area where a 5ft round would consume too much floor area. Bulk buyers still need to think about stack method and trolley size, because small tables tend to spread across a store room if staff do not assign a clear bay. Many teams keep them close to linen, lecterns, and sign in equipment so crews can build front of house points without a second trip.
Pairing Suggestions and Venue Types
This EventPro® round pairs with larger EventPro® banqueting tables, with Chiavari chairs for intimate dining, and with folding or conference chairs for quick meeting pods. Wedding teams place one near the entrance for cards and gifts, then use another beside the dance floor for cake or favours. Corporate teams use them for drinks receptions, sponsor literature, and one to one networking points. Councils, NHS trusts, and universities use them in foyers for sign in desks, leaflet displays, or handout stations during open events and public consultations.
Buyers can also place this table under an EventPro® gazebo as a compact work surface for accreditation, sampling, or sheltered refreshment service. In dining rooms, it works as an accent table beside larger 5ft and 6ft rounds, which helps planners keep one furniture group across the event while solving smaller tasks with the same finish and folding format.
Care, Structural Use, and Working Life
Staff should lift the table from the frame, not the rim, and should open the wishbone legs on level floors before loading the top. The reinforced battens and locking legs support normal commercial use, yet concentrated loads still need care. If you place a heavy cake stand, urn, or stacked plates on the surface, keep the load near the supported zones and avoid sudden knocks at the edge. A cloth often protects the top during formal use and cuts cosmetic wear from stands and display props.
For storage, teams can stack the tables flat or keep them on edge in a dry room. The PVC edge helps guard the rim, but rough loading can still mark the surface or strain the leg frame. Buyers who clean spills, dry the underside after damp marquee work, and keep the stacks straight can hold these tables in service for a long time. That makes the 3ft round a useful support piece across many event types.
