Description
EventPro® 3m x 3m Canopy & Wall Set (White – 3 Walls)
A replacement canopy and wall set for the EventPro® 3m x 3m gazebo frame. The set includes one 3m x 3m roof canopy and three full-height side walls. All pieces are 800D waterproof polyester at 380gsm, in white. The walls attach to the canopy and frame using velcro strips.
This is a fabric set only. It does not include a frame or weight bases. It fits the EventPro® 3m x 3m aluminium gazebo frame (50mm hex leg).
Fabric Specification
800 denier polyester at 380 grams per square metre. This weight of fabric blocks rain, resists pooling under moderate rainfall, and handles wind loading without tearing at stress points. The waterproof coating prevents water ingress through the weave. Seams are sealed to prevent drip-through at stitch lines.
The white colour reflects heat in summer conditions and presents a clean, professional appearance for commercial and corporate events. White also serves as a neutral backdrop for branding, bunting, and decorative elements.
Wall Configuration
Three walls enclose three sides of the gazebo, leaving one side open as an entrance. For events where you need full enclosure, you can purchase an additional wall panel on its own. For events requiring maximum airflow, remove one or more walls and use the canopy alone for overhead rain protection.
Each wall runs the full height from canopy edge to ground level. The velcro attachment system allows one person to fit or remove walls in minutes without tools. The walls roll up for transport and storage.
When to Buy a Replacement Set
Canopies and walls degrade faster than aluminium frames. UV exposure, rain cycling, and wind stress cause fabric to weaken over 2–4 seasons of regular use. If your canopy is leaking at seams, sagging under light rain, or showing UV discolouration, a replacement set restores the gazebo to working condition at a fraction of the cost of a complete new package.
Buying in Bulk and Planning Complete Shelter Kits
Buyers often replace canopies and walls in batches so every frame in a fleet carries the same colour, fabric grade, and attachment method. If you run five or ten EventPro® frames, matching roof sets help crews load the right parts without checking each bag on site. Bulk buyers should also count wall needs by event type. Some teams keep one three wall set per frame for markets and service counters, then add extra single walls for full enclosure work at winter events or exposed sites.
Site planning still matters after you choose the fabric set. A 3m x 3m shelter with three walls leaves one face open for trade, registration, or guest entry. Planners need to decide which side faces the public, which side takes the wind, and where queues will stand once the shelter opens. On a busy campus, hospital forecourt, council square, or festival lane, that choice affects access, stock movement, and safety. Buyers should also match each canopy set with the right frame and ballast so crews can deploy a full shelter package from one load.
Pairing Suggestions and Event Types
This canopy set pairs with the EventPro® 3m x 3m aluminium frame and with the 15kg steel weight bases for hard standing. Buyers also add clip on lights, counters, or banner rails where the shelter needs to support retail or information work. White fabric suits wedding receptions, food stalls, education fairs, NHS outreach, council consultations, and corporate activations because it reads clean and neutral across many settings. In hospitality use, teams often keep one or two walls rolled back to frame the entrance and to maintain sight lines to the crowd.
Heaters, prep tables, or tasting counters can sit inside the footprint, but planners should leave a safe route in and out and avoid crowding the wall line with sharp corners or unstable stock. If an event needs full enclosure, buyers can add the fourth wall from the same EventPro® range so the frame stays consistent across the shelter system.
Care, Fabric Life, and Working Practice
Fabric takes the weather first, so staff should dry the canopy and walls before long term storage and brush off grit before they fold the panels. Damp storage causes odour, staining, and coating damage. Crews should also check hook and loop strips for debris because dirty fasteners grip less well and place more strain on the seams in wind. If a panel picks up mud, staff should clean it with mild soap and water, then dry it flat or hung with support.
The 800D, 380gsm specification matters because buyers need cloth that can cope with repeated tension at the corners and wall joins. Heavy fabric carries more weight, yet that weight also helps the panels sit with less flap than thin budget cloth. Buyers who rotate sets, dry them after each wet event, and replace damaged panels before the next season can keep a uniform, professional shelter fleet in service for years.
