Description

EventPro® 3m x 3m Commercial Gazebo Package (Frame, Canopy & 4 Weights – White)

A complete 3m x 3m gazebo package containing the aluminium frame, white waterproof canopy, three side walls, and four 15kg steel weight bases. Everything you need to deploy a covered, sheltered space at any outdoor event. 9 square metres of protected area under a peak height of 3.2 metres.

The package includes:

  • 1x EventPro® 3m x 3m aluminium frame (50mm hex legs, pop-up concertina fold)
  • 1x 3m x 3m white canopy (800D waterproof polyester, 380gsm)
  • 3x full-height side walls (velcro attachment)
  • 4x 15kg steel weight bases (one per leg)

Covered Space

The 3m x 3m footprint provides 9 square metres of sheltered floor area. This accommodates a market stall with display tables, a food service point with prep space, a registration desk with queuing area, or casual seating for 8–12 people under chairs-and-tables layout.

Peak height is 3.2 metres, giving generous headroom and allowing the canopy to shed rainwater to the edges without pooling in the centre. Eave height adjusts via the telescopic leg system.

Setup

Two people deploy the complete package in under 10 minutes. Extend the concertina frame, lock the legs, drape the canopy, attach the walls, position the weight bases. No tools required. Breakdown follows the reverse order and takes the same time.

Weather Protection

The 800D 380gsm canopy blocks rain and provides UV shade. The three walls protect against wind-driven rain on the sheltered sides. The fourth side remains open as the entrance (additional walls available as separate items for full enclosure). The four weight bases provide 60kg of ballast across the frame, anchoring against moderate wind on hard surfaces.

Typical Uses

Festival merchandise stalls, food service points, corporate registration areas, outdoor bar shelters, market trader pitches, car boot sale covers, and garden party shelters. The white colour presents a clean, professional appearance that works for both commercial and social events.

Buying in Bulk

If you buy 20, 50, or 100 full kits for a council fleet, a campus events team, or a catering group, plan your storage before the lorry lands. A folded 3m x 3m frame takes less room than a fixed shelter, but the walls, canopy, and four steel bases still need dry rack space and clear labels. Buyers who keep each kit together cut setup time, because crews do not waste the first part of a job hunting for a missing wall or a loose foot plate.

You should also count van space in full kits, not in frames alone. Four 15kg bases change the lift plan and the number of staff on the load. Teams who move stock from site to site often store each kit on its own wheeled base, wrap the walls in one marked bag, and keep the weights on a stillage so crews can load in a fixed order.

Layout Planning and Venue Use

You can seat 8 to 12 guests under a 3m x 3m roof if you use café tables and keep one side open for access. Many event teams use this size for check in desks, first aid points, mobile bars, tasting stands, or service counters rather than for full dining blocks. In a 100 person venue, buyers often place one gazebo at the entrance, one over catering prep, and one over stock or cloakroom handling.

Keep gangways clear. Most venue teams leave at least 1.2 metres for a main aisle and keep fire exits free of wall panels, stock cages, and ballast. If you pitch the gazebo on a roadside site, a school yard, or a market lane, mark each corner weight with cones or planters so guests do not catch a shin on the steel edge as they pass.

Pairing and Care

Buyers pair this package with folding tables, queue barriers, menu boards, patio heaters, and rubber matting. A white canopy sits back behind branding, florals, or printed signs, so the same kit can cover a wedding drinks point on Friday, a university open day on Saturday, and a food stall on Sunday. Matching EventPro® gazebos also help teams build a straight frontage across a row of pitches.

Staff extend the life of the kit when they dry the canopy before storage, brush grit out of the frame joints, and wipe the steel bases after wet use. The 50mm hex leg profile spreads load through each corner and gives crews more resistance against twist than light round leg frames. Staff should still strike the gazebo in high wind and should not hang heavy stock from the roof bars.
