EventPro® 3m x 6m Canopy & Wall Set (White – 4 Walls)

A replacement canopy and wall set for the EventPro® 3m x 6m gazebo frame. The set includes one 3m x 6m roof canopy and four full-height side walls. All pieces are 800D waterproof polyester at 380gsm, in white. The walls attach using velcro strips for tool-free fitting and removal.

This is a fabric set only. It does not include a frame or weight bases. It fits the EventPro® 3m x 6m aluminium gazebo frame (50mm hex leg).

Fabric Specification

800 denier polyester at 380 grams per square metre. This is a heavy commercial fabric that resists tearing under wind stress, blocks rain penetration, and maintains structural tension across the 6-metre span without sagging. The waterproof coating prevents water ingress. Sealed seams stop drip-through at stitch points.

The white colour reflects solar heat, maintains a professional appearance, and serves as a neutral canvas for event branding.

Wall Configuration

Four walls enclose all four sides of the 3m x 6m footprint. For access, roll up or remove one or more walls. The velcro attachment allows rapid reconfiguration during an event: open one end for public entry, close it during a rain shower, open both ends to create a walk-through tunnel.

Each wall runs full height from canopy edge to ground. The 6m-length walls (x2) cover the long sides; the 3m-width walls (x2) cover the short ends.

When to Replace

Fabric degrades under UV exposure and repeated wet/dry cycling. After 2–4 seasons of regular outdoor use, canopies develop leak points at seams, lose waterproof coating integrity, and show UV bleaching. Replacing the fabric set extends the life of your aluminium frame (which lasts 10+ years) without buying a complete new package.

Keep a spare canopy set in storage so you can swap without delay if fabric fails mid-season. Lost revenue from a cancelled event far exceeds the cost of a backup set.

Buying in Bulk

If you manage a fleet of 3m x 6m gazebos, spare fabric matters as much as spare frames. Think about access before you fit all four walls. If staff need to carry trays, roll cages, or urns through the bay, keep one end loose or rolled up and mark a clear route outside. Fire exits, service doors, and heater clearances still need open space, so teams should sketch the wall plan before they clip the first panel on.

Crews get more seasons from the fabric when they dry it before bagging, brush grit off the velcro, and fold each panel on the same line after each job. The 380gsm cloth matters in use because staff can tension it across a long span without the loose sag you see in light grades.
