Description

EventPro® 3m x 6m Commercial Gazebo Package (Frame, Canopy & 6 Weights – White)

A complete 3m x 6m gazebo package containing the reinforced aluminium frame, white waterproof canopy, four side walls, and six 15kg steel weight bases. Everything you need to deploy 18 square metres of covered, sheltered space at any outdoor event. Peak height 3.2 metres.

The package includes:

  • 1x EventPro® 3m x 6m aluminium frame (50mm hex legs, pop-up concertina fold, 47kg)
  • 1x 3m x 6m white canopy (800D waterproof polyester, 380gsm)
  • 4x full-height side walls (velcro attachment)
  • 6x 15kg steel weight bases

Covered Space

18 square metres of sheltered floor area under a 3.2m peak. This accommodates a double market stall, a professional catering prep station with serving counter, a corporate registration zone with desk and queuing lanes, or seated dining for 16–20 guests under tables-and-chairs layout.

The 6-metre length gives you operational depth. Position serving equipment at the back, customer-facing counters at the front, and staff circulation space between. Or run two rows of market display tables along the long sides with a browsing aisle down the centre.

Setup

Two people deploy the complete package in 10–15 minutes. Extend the concertina frame, lock the legs, drape the canopy, attach the four walls, position the six weight bases. No tools required. The weight bases provide 90kg of total ballast, anchoring the larger frame against wind on hard surfaces.

Weather Protection

The 800D 380gsm canopy blocks rain and provides UV shade across the full 18 square metres. Four walls enclose all sides for full weather protection. Remove or roll up walls for ventilation and access as conditions allow. The sealed seams prevent drip-through at stitch lines.

Typical Uses

Professional caterers use the 3x6 as a food preparation station with equipment, prep surfaces, and serving points under one roof. Festival operators deploy them as merchandise tents or bar areas. Corporate teams use them for branded registration zones, hospitality areas, and product display spaces.

Buying in Bulk

If you buy full 3m x 6m kits in volume, plan your storage by complete bay rather than by loose parts. A large package like this works best when the frame, canopy, walls, and six weights stay together under one asset code. Buyers who separate fabrics from frames without a rack plan often lose time at load in and send crews out with half a shelter.

Think about transport in full working weight. Six 15kg bases add 90kg before you count the frame and fabric, so the loading plan matters. Teams who move stock between civic sites, schools, campuses, and wedding venues often keep weights on a stillage, strap the folded frame to a trolley, and store the wall set in one marked bag so two crew members can build the bay in a fixed sequence.

Layout Planning and Venue Use

The 18 square metre footprint suits work that needs cover plus movement space. Buyers use this package for bars, buffet lines, registration, first aid, staff welfare, and covered stock handling at festivals, sports events, council fairs, and university open days. In a 100 person venue, one 3m x 6m gazebo can take the full check in function and free the main room for guest seating and circulation.

Leave a clear front edge for queues, keep one wall open if crews need stock access, and hold at least 1.2 metres on main paths and exit routes. If you pitch on asphalt or paving, mark the corner weights so guests and staff can see them in low light and do not clip the steel as they pass.

Pairing and Care

Buyers pair this package with trestle tables, serving counters, queue barriers, menu boards, patio heaters, and linked 3m x 3m EventPro® gazebos for side functions. A white canopy suits wedding service areas, food trade, public sector events, and branded corporate work because it takes signage and florals without a colour clash. Matching roofs help the whole site look ordered from the guest approach.

Crews get the best life from the package when they dry the roof before packing, brush grit out of the frame joints, and inspect the velcro and leg locks after each job. The 50mm hex legs and six point ballast plan matter in day to day use, because staff feel the frame track straighter and hold the roof line with less twist. Buyers still need to close the unit in strong wind and should not hang heavy stock from the truss bars.
