Description
EventPro® Series Full Steel Table – White
A folding table with a full steel frame and steel top, in white powder-coated finish. No plywood, no MDF, no composite board. The entire table is metal. It folds flat for transport and storage, and the powder-coated surface wipes clean with a damp cloth or disinfectant spray.
The full-steel construction gives you a table that handles environments where plywood tables fail: outdoor events in wet weather, messy catering operations, school canteens with daily heavy cleaning, and industrial training facilities where liquids sit on the surface.
The Steel Top
Plywood tops absorb moisture, swell at edges, delaminate over time, and require tablecloths to present a clean surface. Steel does none of this. The powder-coated steel surface resists water, food acids, cleaning chemicals, and impact damage. It does not absorb spills, harbour bacteria, or develop the soft spots that aged plywood tables exhibit.
The white finish creates a clean, bright surface that does not require a tablecloth for presentable use. For exhibitions, product displays, and corporate events, the white surface provides a neutral backdrop that lets whatever you place on it take visual priority. The consistent white colour across multiple tables produces a uniform, professional layout.
Folding Mechanism
The legs fold flat against the underside of the table top. The collapsed profile stores on edge, stacks flat, and loads into vans without wasted space. The mechanism requires no tools and locks in the open position.
Typical Uses
Exhibition display surfaces where white reads as modern and gallery-like. Corporate events where tablecloths are unnecessary. Pop-up retail displays. School and college examination halls. Medical and healthcare settings where hygiene and easy cleaning matter. Outdoor events where weather resistance is required.
The white powder-coat does show scuffs faster than the black variant. For high-traffic, rough-handling environments, consider the black version. For presentational, customer-facing use, white delivers a cleaner visual impact.

Buying in Bulk
If you are buying 10, 20, or 50 tables, start with the route from store room to event floor. Full steel tables let crews stack, move, and wipe down stock without the edge damage that comes with board topped tables. Buyers fitting out exhibition halls, healthcare sites, school rooms, and council venues often order matched runs so every table shares the same finish and cleaning method. A spare set of two or four tables gives you cover for late changes, extra literature points, or a last minute tea station.
The white finish works in guest facing rooms where buyers want a clean surface without linen. You can pair these tables with white folding chairs, white Eames style chairs, or natural timber seating if you want a lighter room. Product launch teams use white for demo benches, sign in desks, and brochure tables because the neutral top keeps the focus on samples and print. Medical teams and college staff like the same finish because it shows dirt fast, and that pushes cleaning checks at the right time.
Layout Planning
You should map table banks around people flow, not around a target count on paper. In exam rooms and training suites, teams keep at least 1.2 metres for main aisles and protect fire exits with clear routes that staff can police. In exhibitions, you can use table runs to frame the stand, then leave enough gap for visitors carrying bags or sample cases. For a 100 person room, many planners keep one or two spare tables off floor until guest numbers, branding, and service points are fixed.
The full steel build matters because load runs through metal from top to leg. Staff notice the difference when they place boxes, display gear, or catering urns on the surface. The top does not swell from damp cloths, and the edge does not fray after a season of hard use. If your crew wipes the surface after each shift and keeps stacks clear of grit, the white powder coat keeps a clean look across long runs of tables.
Care and Service Life
Cleaning teams can use warm water, food safe cleaner, or disinfectant spray without harming the core because there is no board core to protect. Dry the hinges after wash down and inspect the leg locks during stock checks. White shows tyre rub and shoe marks, so staff should store the tables on clean trolleys and keep folded stacks away from dirty walls. Buyers who control handling and indoor storage keep these tables in service for years across exhibitions, healthcare venues, universities, and catering spaces.
